GROWING EXPLORERS
For ages 3-5, we promote for preschool age children to have nurturing creative minds and imagination by introducing different activities such as science experiments, art/music exploration, martial arts/jiu jitsu, mindfulness yoga, and more. We want to expose children in variety of ways to learn and inspire them to be creative. We are committed to motivate young minds through activities that elevates their thinking and passions.
Our program focuses on allowing preschoolers to have imagination and collaboration with their peers in a playful and fun way. Our mission is for children to discover their self, and we support their entrepreneurial spirit.
PRESCHOOLER JIU-JITSU
A child will learn discipline and motivation through martial arts. Learning Jiu-Jitsu requires a child to execute techniques that contain many small details. Learning to perform these techniques develops the child's fine motor skills and teaches them a good understanding of base and balance. This develops in the child strong neuromuscular connections and increases coordination and balance. These skills then spill over to other sports and activities in their lives and aids in making them more successful not just in Jiu-Jitsu but in everyday life.
We focus on positive self-image and build concentration by introducing yoga poses and mindfulness exercise. Learning yoga at an early age will allow preschoolers to learn how to manage stress through breathing and mediation. They will learn poses for strengthening and balancing that includes conversation and interaction.

ART EXPLORation
As children learn from text and numbers, we focus on virtual learning in where a child can learn to express themselves through drawing, painting, and sculpture. Art can help them develop mentally, socially, and emotionally to encourage them to collaborate new ideas.
Exposing children to music can strengthen their social and emotional skills. We will explore different types of instruments to allow children to learn different sounds.
Children will interact with the world around them through our bodies, nature, mixtures, and more. They will be able to observe and discover ways on how science works. They will learn perseverance and problem-solving through science. They will be able to have a hands on with science from growing a plant to mixing solutions. They will be able to answer questions of their curious minds and be able to apply it through experiments.
